Khater Massaad is Founder and CEO of RAK Ceramics, one of the top three ceramics manufacturers in the world. He is also advisor to the ruler of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, H.H. Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi.

Gaylord Watkins is an attorney in Indonesia with over 30 years of experience. A pioneer in drafting first generation COW contracts between Freeport and the government of Indonesia, he has extensively represented Freeport, Newmont and various large miners in Indonesia.

Jacques Lamarre is a strategic advisor to Heenan Blaikie LLP, a law firm, since January 2010. From 1996 to 2009, he was the president and chief executive officer of SNC-Lavalin Group Inc., a Canadian-based global engineering and construction company. Mr. Lamarre is an officer of the Order of Canada, and a founding member and past chair of the Commonwealth Business Council. He is also past chair of the Board of Directors of the Conference Board of Canada and a founding member of the World Economic Forum’s Governors for Engineering & Construction.

Currently, he serves as a director of The Royal Bank of Canada, Suncor Energy and of PPP Canada and as a member of the Engineering Institute of Canada, Engineers Canada and the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec. Mr. Lamarre holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Civil Engineering from Laval University in Quebec City. He also completed Harvard University’s Executive Development Program. In addition, Mr. Lamarre holds honorary doctorates from the University of Waterloo, the University of Moncton and Laval University.
